1. Avoid dealings with whom you can not easily contact or someone who “is not in the country”

2.  Scan the area prices, suspected bargains!

3. You requested information to investigate your credit information and identity?
   Do not provide your bank details or personal information to a stranger, make sure the identity of the consultant and property before providing information that may be used for other purposes without your consent.
4. Never pay before signing any contract and / or agreement!
   IMPORTANT: The owner or adviser should not receive any payment until the contract not be established, all the conditions are stipulated and the clear and explicit guarantees.
5. Check the legal status of the property and its services
   Requesting receipts and documents proving the payment of tax and service a day, make sure the property will be delivered without any outstanding debt that you may prejudice.
